I was very pleased with the size of the rooms and the incredibly comfortable bed. It was a bonus to have a kettle and teabags provided. Unfortunately, the room intended for disabled guests was not up to standard, with filthy conditions including blood and other stains. The staff was unhelpful, denying a room change request. On the upside, I appreciated that a 5th person could stay in the room using existing beds.
